every {doughnut} in moderation

My husband sent me a list today of the worst foods you can eat… doughnuts topped the list providing zero nutrients and a ton of sugar. He did this of course because he knows Fridays are my doughnut days, and he likes to give me a hard time!

Well, I’m here to tell you that I’ve worked out 4 days this week {plus tomorrow}, and I don’t really care how terrible it is, I got my doughnut! So here’s to the weekend! I hope your’s is extra sweet!
